Pauline M. Foster Active Volunteer Native San Diegan Pauline Foster is an active volunteer who focuses her talents on the United Jewish Federation of San Diego and the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the United Jewish Federation of San Diego County (she is past president); a member of the Board of Directors (Vice President) of the Community Foundation of the United Jewish Federation of San Diego County and a Trustee of the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. She is the past president and campaign chair of the United Jewish Federation of San Diego, Women's Division, and past president of the President's Council of Jewish Women's Organization in San Diego. She was co-founder and director of Uni-camp, an interracial summer camp at Beth Israel, she has been the area chair for the San Diego Cancer Crusade and chair of the Board of United Way of San Diego County. Honors include Women of Valor, Temple Beth Israel; Torch of Liberty, Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith; Women of Dedication, Salvation Army; National Conference of Christians and Jews Brotherhood Award; Women of the Year, State of California Legislature; and Carl M. Esenoff Memorial Award from Congregation Beth Israel. With vision, knowledge and caring, Pauline embraces her community, her faith and her friends with dedication, love and constancy.
